it is the policy of this administration not to negotiate with terrorists.
                           dippybird is to be released immediately - unharmed or we will use every
                           resource available to us to seek you out and destroy your organization of
                           evil.  once located we will send in a navy seal strike team to extricate
                           our compatriot and then proceed to give each member of your organization
                           wedgies.
                           
                           if he should come to any harm, you will feel the full force of this office
                           upon you.
                           
                           we have every confidence that dippy bird is unaffected by your violent
                           actions and, in fact, is probably enjoying himself (he's not too bright
                           after all) and that you will see that the only consequence of your
                           destructive actions will be the undoing of your silly agenda.
                           
                           we welcome an invitation to pickup dippybird at his present location or
